As part of the reservation confirmation process we will email you a Rental/Lease Agreement detailing the terms and conditions of your lease agreement.
Reservations
Please submit reservation requests on this website. We will confirm availability and respond via email.
Payment Information
The booking deposit is due at the time your reservation is confirmed.
Cancellations
Cancellations may be allowed, less a $100 cancellation fee, if the property is able to be-rented for the same time period. Otherwise, any payments made will not be refunded. Optional travel insurance is the only option for Tenant to receive a refund or reimbursement of rent paid and other expenses due to cancellations for covered events and risks, as stated in your travel insurance policy.
Security Deposit
A security deposit of $400 is due at the time of rental. The tenant is responsible for any damage to property and contents, whether accidental or willful, as permitted under the Tenant Security Deposit Act. Tenant agrees to notify the Property Manager of any damage or accidents promptly, whether affecting real or personal property. Upon termination of the rental, Property Manager will inspect the property and issue a refund of the Security Deposit within 45 days, provided no damages are noted.
Eligible Renters
We reserve the right to rent to tenants 25 years of age or older. We rent to occupants without regard to race, color, national origin, handicap, sex, sexual orientation, or religion.
